Suggested Uses/Why We Love It: Enjoy homemade ice cream in under an hour – it's so easy with our premium mix for this traditional soda-fountain favourite. Use it to make ice cream cakes or sandwiches with your favourite home-baked cookies or add hot fudge, whipped cream & nuts for a classic sundae. For a nondairy version, make it with coconut milk.

Ingredients: Sugar, semi-sweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate, milk fat, cocoa butter, chocolate processed with alkali, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), sea salt, natural flavours. Contains milk, soy. This product is prepared & packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat, egg, tree nuts (pecans, coconut, almonds), sesame.
Use & Care: Store in cool, dry place.
1 package Mint Chip Ice Cream Starter.
1 1/2 cups (375ml) cold half-and-half.
1 1/2 cups (375ml) cold heavy cream.
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the ice cream starter & half-and-half until the starter has dissolved. Stir in the cream.
2. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker & freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Transfer the ice cream to a chilled container, cover & freeze until firm, at least 3 hours or up to 3 days, before serving.
Makes 1 quart (1l).
