Where are you based and can I collect my order directly from you?
We are based in Toronto, Canada. We do deliver within the Toronto GTA.
The delivery charge is $9.99 within Toronto and $25 for the rest of the GTA (includes Mississauga, Brampton and from Pickering to Oshawa). Delivery is made on goods worth $100 or more (after taxes) within 48 hours of payment received for goods in stock. Subject to other applicable conditions . My goods have been damaged in transit
If you goods have been damaged en route to you, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for the collection of the goods. Please return the item/s including a small note explaining the fault. FAULTY GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS of receipt. As soon as we receive the item and the fault/defect has been investigated, we will send a replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience in this regard.
What about shipping within Canada ?
Shipping costs of good are based on the weight and volume of the shipped package/s. Also charges are subjected to any changes made by the shipping carrier themselves. We do our best to ensure that shipping costs stay as minimal as possible to better serve our customers.
I have received duplicates or incorrect items in my order
As rarely as this happens, sometimes mistakes are made. Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a collection of the goods to avoid you being charged. Please return the duplicated item unopened We apologise for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your delivery, but I need to return some or all of my order (return policy)
All return requests for unwanted items must be made within 7 days of your purchase and/or receiving the order. A 15% restocking charge is applicable to any returned merchandise. Items that are SEALED, UNUSED and it their original packaging will be accepted. Not all items can be returned.
The following items CANNOT be returned:
- ANY and ALL edible food products (including all fondant, food coloring, petal & luster dusts, food pens, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, etc.)
- cake boards, cake boxes & inserts, cake dummies
- cake tins, palette knives, cake knives, bench/bowl scrapers,
- discounted/clearance items
I have not received my shipped order
Most products are usually delivered in 2-6 working days of your payment being confirmed, with a 5-day handling time. Occasionally due to stock availability this can take longer. If your product is not in stock when your order is processed, you will be contacted immediately by one of our sales consultants advising you of the expected time delay. Please contact us if you do not receive your item(s) within 10 days of your payment being confirmed so we can advise you on the location of your goods. We apologise for any delay.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal.
I need my goods urgently, like yesterday. Can you help?
Of course! We understand that sometimes you need an item and you need it ‘yesterday’. Contact us so we can make sure your order is in stock and if it is an item that we can speedily deliver. We’ll put through the order manually and mark it as a rush item (Additional shipping charges applicable)
How do I know if a product is in stock?
If you would like to confirm stock availability of a product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Product Code and Product Name and how many units you are wanting and we will reply back to you with the stock status. Please note that stock can only be checked between the hours of 10h00-16h45 Monday – Friday (Canadian EST).
